Time like the only exchange goods. A futuristic setting, a city where you never become old, divided between confined ghettos, where poor people (mortal) and rich people (immortal) are programmed with a digital timer for living 25 years, but they live time differently in isolated places. On one hand everybody lives running and working all day, or stealing to get a handful life hour, on the other hand, people manage immortality in a greedy way, living in extreme luxury. Will Salas (Justin Timberlake) has been given 1 Century of life as a gift, so he decides to cross the border, he meets a beautiful green-eyed rich girl (Amanda Seyfried), on high heels. Together they decide to restore justice, hunted by “time’s avengers” matrix style, and even find “time” for love.

Il tempo come unica merce di scambio. Ambientazione futuristica, una città dove non si invecchia mai, divisa in ghetti barricati dove poveri (mortali) e ricchi (immortali), sono inizialmente programmati con un timer digitale per vivere 25 anni, ma vivono il tempo in modo diverso e in luoghi distaccati. Da una parte tutti corrono e lavorano giornate intere o rubano per qualche ora di vita in più, dall’altra si gestisce l’immortalità in modo avido, vivendo nel lusso più estremo. Will Salas (Justin Timberlake) si trova in dono circa 1 secolo di vita e decide di oltrepassare la barriera, incontra una bella, ricca ragazza dagli occhi grandi e tacchi altissimi e insieme decidono di riportare giustizia, braccati da “vendicatori del tempo” in stile “matrix”. Nella fuga c’è anche il “tempo” di innamorarsi”.
